Tuesday Teatime

Hello lovelies, how are you this Tuesday? I'm doing pretty well. The boyfriend is gone again for the week so I'm a bit lonely but I'm holding up. I'm keeping as busy as I can -cleaning, reading, writing, jewelry making, working out, and working for my grandfather.

Tea of the Week: Coffee. I'm going to go with coffee (again) instead of tea. I just love it, okay?

I don't know why but this is hysterical.

Have you read the Series of Unfortunate Events? You should! x

Reading List
1. I really enjoyed Veronica Varlow's post about How to Get Everything You Ever Wanted.
3. I also liked 30 Things to Tell a Book Snob. I study English Lit and I hate book/lit snobs. Never make someone feel bad about liking certain books. You can have an opinion, but take the stick out of your ass.

  2. Oooo! I wanna read the Series of Unfortunate Events so badly. I keep forgetting! I also love the moon journal. I agree, having an opinion on a book... fine! Pushing your opinion on others, and being snobby towards them because of what they like? So totally not fine.

I am, however, one of those girls who does need my soul mate to survive, and be complete. I wouldn't live without Jen. ♥ 'tis not a typical feeling in the world right now, I don't think. But it's who I am and I love that. ^_^

    1. The Series of Unfortunate Events is suuuuch a good book series. So quirky and well written.
Honestly I don't know where I'd be without Dyllon, he is everything I could ask for and I love him with everything I have. I know I don't need someone to live my life, but now that I have someone I don't think I could imagine my life without him.

  4. I love the Unfortunate Events series. I even loved the movie, even though most people I've talked to didn't.

That moth brooch and moon journal are so beautiful, now I want both!

That quote from Heathers is awesome, I actually re watched it when we were on vacation. So good.

    1. I liked the movie actually. I'm pretty good at separating books from movies and understanding that they're different media forms and need to be approached differently. Jim Carrey was prefect.

And I am seriously in love with Heathers since I watched it. What's better than an 80s teen flick where the love interest is a crazy killer? Not much really haha
